1. Application in the prescribed proforma are invited from Diploma Holders and B.Sc graduates with Mathematics as one of the subjects for admission to II year (III semester) B.Tech Degree Programme under LATERAL ENTRY Scheme for Government quota in the Union territory of Puducherry.

2. Number of Government quota seats in Private and Unaided Professional Colleges, including the minority colleges, will be as per the law/regulation/order of Government of India or Government of Puducherry on the subject.

3. Only residents of Union Territory of Puducherry are eligible to apply.

4. How to apply: The application form along with Information Brochure can be obtained from 8^th June 2009 in person from the PEC Coperative Credit Society, Pondicherry Engineering College Campus, Puducherry-605014 or from the office of Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Karaikal , on all working days on payment of Rs.400/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST candidates). Application form can also be obtained through Post by sending a crossed Demand Draft for Rs.465/- (Rs.165/- for SC/ST candidates) to the CONVENOR, CENTAC-LE, Department of Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Pondicherry Engineering College campus, Puducherry-605014. The Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of The Convenor CENTAC-LE payable at Puducherry. The completed application along with all necessary enclosures should reach the office of the Convenor, CENTAC-LE, Department of EIE, Pondicherry Engineering College campus, Puducherry, on or before 5.00 pm 24.6.2009.
